 Spell Components (Material Magic):
Most spells have a material component, basically
when they are cast certain elements must also be available to be
absorbed by the power of the spell.
For example: to cast a web spell to
fill a doorway or to block a passage, a piece of spider's web must
be at hand and consumed by casting the spell. The search for these
objects and the circumstances that make them more potent require
in-depth study. The basic elements are introduced along with the common
occurances that increase the potency of these items.
